Elevate
your vibe.
A Mayfair club for combat and recovery. Boxing, Muay Thai, strength, yoga and breathwork — under one very considered roof.
Our Ethos
Fight with intent.
Rest with purpose.
BuddhaBox is not a gym. It's a private members' club built around an old idea — that the body you fight with and the body you recover in are the same body, and both deserve a room of their own.
Under our roof: a custom 14ft ring, a turf-laid strength floor, a yoga studio, an infrared sauna — and coaches who have actually been somewhere. No mirrors with slogans. No group-fit gimmicks. Just the work, done well.
Tour the facilityDisciplines
One club, every discipline.

The sweet science
Boxing
Technique, conditioning and sparring in our custom 14ft ring — coached by an active professional with a WBO European title on his record.

The art of eight limbs
Muay Thai & Kickboxing
Fists, elbows, knees, shins. Striking classes in the combat zone — technical drills, pad work and conditioning.

Breath, shape, stillness
Dharma Yoga
Vinyasa-led classes with clear, breath-by-breath instruction. The antidote to the other half of the practice.

Long careers
Stretch & Mobility
Guided stretching and mobility work so you can still train ten years from now.

A coach in your corner
Personal Training
One-to-one coaching in boxing, strength & conditioning or performance programming — paired to the coach who fits your goal.

The quiet luxury of actually progressing.
“A serious Mayfair gym that doesn't take itself seriously. You leave sharper — and somehow calmer.”
“Coaches who actually coach. Not a poster on the wall, a hand on your shoulder.”
“I came for the boxing. I stayed because nobody makes me feel like the slowest person in the room.”
